I am glad we have the software and grateful that our data center manager keeps it updated. I have also had favorable experiences with Sunbird support.
Review Pros:
The user interface and flow to find information is extremely easy.
Review Cons:
What I like least is having to use it because I use it primarily to locate gear for repair, and in my world repair means we are having an outage.
